Ethics & Integrity
Our analytics platforms must not be used for deceptive practices, surveillance beyond legal limits, or the generation of malicious predictive models. Use must align with current Thai data protection standards.
System Performance
We maintain high-uptime environments, but access is subject to maintenance windows. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own credentials to our intelligence hub.

Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process for any Monsoon Data Research service. Maintaining the confidentiality of account passwords and restricting access to your computer or mobile device is your sole responsibility.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious activity patterns, including concurrent logins from geographically inconsistent locations or high-velocity data extraction that suggests automated bot behavior.
Technical Limitations
We provide intelligence "as is." While our analytics methodologies are rigorous, we do not warrant that results will be error-free or that the platform will meet every specific business outcome you envision.
Intellectual Asset Protection
All content hosted on monsoondatresearch.digital, including logic frameworks, visual dashboards, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Monsoon Data Research.
